Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Quadix Solutions Pvt Ltd, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality HR, IT, and software services, including our proprietary solutions such as CronNet. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds of our services and digital products.


1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request the cancellation of a service engagement by sending written notice to support@quadix.in. The cancellation rules differ based on the type of service:

  • HR & IT Services: Must be canceled at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Software Subscriptions (CronNet, etc.): Can be canceled anytime using the customer dashboard. Access remains valid until the end of the paid subscription period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment.
  • Service not delivered due to internal technical issues (after verification).
  • Subscription canceled within the trial period (if applicable).

Refunds are not eligible if services have already begun, custom deliverables have been shared, or software access has been used beyond any trial period.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Razorpay payments, timelines may depend on bank and gateway partners.

Provide your payment reference ID for faster resolution. All refund decisions are subject to verification and management approval.

5. Modification of Policy

Quadix Solutions Pvt Ltd may update this policy anytime to comply with legal or payment gateway requirements. The latest policy version will always be available on this page.
