• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must not use our platform to distribute harmful code, spam, or unauthorized content.

4. Account & Access

For subscription-based software like CronNet, each account is licensed to a single organization. Reselling or unauthorized sharing of account access is strictly prohibited. Quadix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or other payment gateways. Prices may be listed in INR or USD depending on your region. Taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment charges (if any) are the user's responsibility. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing as per your plan.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and intellectual property—including CronNet source code—is owned by Quadix Solutions Pvt Ltd. Copying or reusing our materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and confirm that all information provided is accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quadix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous billing cycle.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with external tools (e.g., Razorpay, email APIs). We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

11. Termination of Services

Quadix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, policy violations, or non-payment. Termination does not waive outstanding financial obligations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
